Dr. Shira Taylor is an MD, a yoga and meditation instructor, a spiritual guide, and a fellow adventurer in the journey of life.

In addition to her medical training, she has trained as a yoga instructor through the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Organization and brings to her groups the lived experience of extensive personal yoga and meditation training in India and Canada. A humanitarian at heart, she enjoys teaching overseas and brings the same principles and practices with cultural adaptations to schools in India and Nigeria.
