The workshops offered through Dr. Shira Taylor's Heart Space clinic are designed to support you in breaking through the challenges of habitual stress, depression, anxiety, and interpersonal challenges. There are a range of workshops all of which are founded on the principles of mindfulness which is extensively researched and supported in the scientific literature. As a facilitator, I carry a consistent approach encouraging participants to become mindful and aware of the present moment through a variety of different techniques and exercises done together and at home. These workshops are OHIP-covered with a valid OHIP card.

Participants are required to commit to attending all of the workshop sessions in the series and to doing 30-60 minutes of home practice/reflection daily for the multi-week workshops. We are unable to accept people who have active suicidal ideation, untreated PTSD, active substance use/addictions, self-harm behaviours or other forms of more severe mental illness.
