Mindfulness Course/Minding Your Inner Monkey Intake Call
Thank you for your interest in the Minding Your Inner Monkey or the Parry Sound-Muskoka Mindfulness Course! The purpose of the intake call is to get to know you better and to determine if this workshop will be of benefit to you.
During the call, you also receive information about the course, the criteria for participation, and be given the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. If, after the intake call, the course appears suitable to meet your needs, we will schedule an in-depth assessment interview with Dr. Shira Taylor. The assessment interview will help us to determine how we can best support you throughout the course.

Refresher Retreat Day: Coming Unstuck and Creating the Life We Want to Live
A day of mostly silent practice with guided meditation and movement, creative reflection, connection and sharing while exploring the theme of coming unstuck and creating anew. Identify old beliefs we are getting stuck on and start to create new ones, entering into a state of constant renewal.
Interpersonal Boundaries In-Person Weekend Intensive
This two day residential workshop will engage the tools of mindfulness and somatic awareness to grow skills related to Interpersonal Boundaries. Whether you are needing to shift your boundary patterns with family, friends, a partner or colleagues, this workshop will help you to better understand what subconscious blocks may be affecting you and how you can work with shifting these patterns in order to grow the kinds of relationships you would like to have in your life.
